This is a group fitness class intended for beginner students. You will learn pole basics, stretching, and strength training which will prepare you for the next level in Pole Fitness.
This first class will introduce you to our pole fitness sessions. It is intended for someone who wants to try pole fitness before committing to a full session. You can do this class at any level of fitness.
Your instructor for the 90 minute introductory class you will guide you through a full body warm-up and workout that is designed to condition your body and build confidence on the pole. We will put it all together at the end the class with a fun and energetic dance routine. What to wear; dress like you would for a yoga class. We dance with bare feet.
*The cost for an introductory class is $25. You must pre-register. Class size is limited. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the class.
