Beginner Pole Fitness
In this class, you will begin to learn basic spins and poses while building strength and flexibility.

This is an all levels class focusing on strength and endurance with a fun, energetic cardio workout.
Class every Saturday 10-11:15 am with Paulette
This is an all levels class that is about building strength and stamina for more advanced pole moves.
