Beginner Pole Fitness
In this class, you will begin to learn basic spins and poses while building strength and flexibility.
Classes every Monday and Wednesday 6-7:15 pm with Eileen
Our Beginner Pole Fitness Classes are packaged in 6 Week Sessions,
Pre-Registration IS REQUIRED.
Pricing: Mondays or Wednesdays Only – $105 for Six Week Session

Level 2 Pole Fitness – Taking The Basics To The Next Level
Take your Pole Fitness skills to the next level while learning advanced spins, poses, and inversions.
*Pre-requisite: Completion of Beginner Pole Fitness and explicit permission from the studio instructors.

Level 3 Pole Fitness – Advanced Moves & Choreography
Paulette creates original, fun pole dance routines for a great workout!
Class every Tuesday 6 – 7:15 pm with Paulette
Pole Fitness Saturday Class
This is an All Levels class focusing on strength and endurance with a fun, energetic cardio workout. This is the perfect class to “Drop-In” if you are interested in seeing what Pole Fitness is all about!
