This class is for everyone from absolute beginners to those ready to take their pole fitness to the next level. In this class you will learn a mix of pole conditioning and exercises using your own body weight. The class continues with exercises to help you increase strength and flexibility and wraps-up with stretching exercises. Walk-ins are welcome.
