Pole dance fitness is a great way to exercise for women of all ages and levels of fitness. It combines the elegance of dance with the body toning workout and the fun and sensuality of pole dancing. Feel stronger, increase flexibility, build stamina, and gain confidence. The cost for one 6 week session is $95.

You may attend the 6 week session on Mondays and Wednesdays.  The cost is $140.
