Learn stretching techniques to help you increase muscle control, flexibility, range of motion and performance.  The class will include Foam Rolling which is a way to reduce soreness, boost recovery, and get your body ready for a workout. A foam roller is required for this class.  Please make sure to bring a foam roller.
