The Aerial Silks class teaches the basics of aerial climbing, foot locks, elegant poses, and more. This class is great for beginners, so don’t worry if you have limited upper body strength. For those with more upper body and core strength, you will be introduced to advanced variations on the basic poses and techniques that will challenge and inspire you. Express your creativity in the gentle embrace of the fabrics! This a co-ed class.
