This class is for everyone from absolute beginners to those ready to take their pole fitness to the next level.  In this class you will learn a mix of pole conditioning and exercises using your own body weight.  The class continues with exercises to help you increase strength and flexibility and wraps-up with stretching exercises.  Walk-ins are welcome.

The class is from 7:00 – 8:00 pm followed by a Holiday Party with open dancing from 8:00 – 10:00pm.  The cost is $15 per person for the class and party (or you may use your student punch card).  The cost to attend the party only is $10.

This a co-ed class.
