Join us for a special Argentine Tango group class with guest instructors, Amanda & Daniel, the 2016 USA Tango champions. The group class is open to everyone of all skill levels. The group class will be from 5:00-6:30pm on July 23rd. The cost for the group class is $15 per person. You do not need a partner.

A Milonga (Argentine Tango dance party) will immediately follow the group class from 6:30-9:30pm. The cost for the Milonga is $10 per person. The Tango dance party is a great chance to practice your skills and have fun with other Tangeros.

Pole Control Fitness Class (all skill levels)

This class is for everyone from absolute beginners to those ready to take their pole fitness to the next level.  In this class you will learn a mix of pole conditioning and exercises using your own body weight.  The class continues with exercises to help you increase strength and flexibility and wraps-up with stretching exercises.  Walk-ins are welcome.

Pole dance fitness is a great way to exercise for women of all ages and levels of fitness. It combines the elegance of dance with the body toning workout and the fun and sensuality of pole dancing. Feel stronger, increase flexibility, build stamina, and gain confidence. The cost for this 5 week session is $80 if you attend one class per week. Attend two classes per week on during the session for $120.

 

Aerial Fitness Class (all skill levels)
Sep 18 @ 7:30 pm – 8:45 pm

The Aerial Silks class teaches the basics of aerial climbing, foot locks, elegant poses, and more.  This class is great for beginners, so don’t worry if you have limited upper body strength.  For those with more upper body and core strength, you will be introduced to advanced variations on the basic poses and techniques that will challenge and inspire you.  Express your creativity in the gentle embrace of the fabrics! This a co-ed class.

We have multiple instructors for the group lesson so that you will always receive personal attention.
