Pole Control Fitness Class (all skill levels)

This class is for everyone from absolute beginners to those ready to take their pole fitness to the next level.  In this class you will learn a mix of pole conditioning and exercises using your own body weight.  The class continues with exercises to help you increase strength and flexibility and wraps-up with stretching exercises.  Walk-ins are welcome.

Beginning Aeiral Dance for Kids

Beginning Aerial Dance Class for Kids

Learn basic climbs, locks, balances and mid-air movements on aerial fabrics. Each student will have the opportunity to explore their natural creativity in a positive, safe and fun environment. All skill levels are welcome. The class is for students 10 – 15 years old.

The 5 week course is scheduled from April 24 – May 22.

Class Fee: $90

Pre-registration is required for this class. Class size is limited and spaces fill up quickly.

This a co-ed class.
