Whether you want to learn to dance or get fit, we have many classes that will meet your needs. Some of our fitness classes are for ladies only, while most dance classes and some of our fitness classes are for men and women.

We have a new Cardio – Kick class which is held every Saturday at 9:00am. Carrie will lead this exciting group class which is for all fitness levels and for women and men. Drop-in classes are $8. Options for multiple class packages; 5 classes for $35 or 10 classes for $60. Save an additional 10% if you purchase classes by January 10th.
